Instructions

Step 1
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Reserve a few tablespoons of the cooking water before draining.
Step 2
Meanwhile, blend the sauce: Add avocado, miso, lime juice, garlic, herbs, and water to a blender or food processor. Blend until silky smooth. Adjust texture with pasta water if needed.
Step 3
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add more lime for extra tang.
Step 4
Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce while still warm. Plate and garnish with seeds, extra herbs, or chili flakes if desired.
